To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. Hello, my name Is Rose Vaughan.

I strive to always continue learning about the human body and how it moves, how it stores pain, and how we can move beyond to live pain free lives.

After receiving my license in September of 2020 I worked through the pandemic and learned many new bodywork skills. I have continued to take classes in Myofascial Release, Pregnancy massage, Craniosacral Work, cupping, and scraping. Our sessions will usually start with postural and movement analysis, to discover how you as an individual move throughout space and how painful areas may arise in doing so.

A session may range from very deep work to very subtle work. I strive to meet you where your body and soul are at and find a place of healing and restfulness.
